This is an official agreement between the Seller (us) and the Buyer (you). By purchasing your favourite «ZOLOTYSTI» CHIPS on the website zolotysti.com, you agree to these terms.

1 How to order

By clicking the «ORDER» button you automatically accept the terms of this Agreement. It is as simple as opening a pack.

2 Payment

By invoice: 100% prepayment (bank transfer to IBAN).
Cash on delivery: payment on receipt at the post office (cash).

3 Delivery

We ship the chips by postal services throughout Ukraine, at the carrier’s rates. Important: check the integrity of the box right at the branch! If the parcel is dented, do not accept it silently — draw up a Report.

! Returning the goods

By law, you have 14 days to return the goods.

HOWEVER: Food products are returnable only if they are spoiled or damaged. If you collected the parcel from the post office without drawing up a claim Report, the goods are deemed accepted as being of proper quality.

We guarantee the quality of our product. Your personal data is protected and used solely to ship the chips.
